We do NOT provide hospital care though we would work with your hospital team if needed.
We also do NOT provide emergency room care or specialty care.
We are NOT an insurance company and do not satisfy the individual mandate for insurance coverage. We strongly encourage all members to have insurance coverage for medications, extensive lab testing, radiology, and catastrophic care. We will assist you in making the best use of the insurance coverage you have.
*Certain health conditions have need for frequent visits for a prolonged time. In these situations a clinical treatment plan will be agreed upon to provide a sustainable and clinically focused level of care.
